Your abuser can monitor your computer use, and it is difficult to hide your internet activities. If you are in danger, please use a safer computer, call our 24-hour helpline (252) 541-2064 or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at (800) 799-SAFE.
To ensure that your online activities are not discovered by your abuser, you must use a computer that your abuser cannot access, such as a computer at a public library, internet café, or at a trusted friend’s home.
